Was supposed to deliver a load of household goods there on 8/8/22. Would not unload the goods and were no help finding a place where we could unload the goods. I have been sitting here in Rapid City for a day and a half making no money because this company obviously overbooked and had no room to store it. I would hire these people to to ship anything I owned!

I want to take a moment out of the day to share how thoroughly impressed I am with the moving company that moved my store today. Roush Moving & Storage walked through the door and all of my stress melted away. They immediately got to work and moved our entire store in 2.5 hours! Their communication was amazing, they placed everything where I asked them too and exactly how I asked them to! We also had no casualties with fragile items!
Mind you, I contacted a ton of movers in town and Roush had the best price out of all of them as well as their customer service, start to finish! I truly cannot speak highly enough about them!
Realtor friends, these are the movers you need to send your clients to! You will not be disappointed you did!
