Town House Motel

I have a big family and I was having a hard time finding a big room for us and the manager Sean was so Understanding and awesome. He had a big family room with 2 twin beds and 2 Queen beds and they had a Pack & Play for my son. He is one great responsible and Respectful Manger. The motel is a nice and comfy place. A+ Rooms: Room was nice and had a lot of space. Safety: Nice and quiet. Walkability: We was minutes away from the Main Street Square and A few other great places.

210 Saint Joseph Street, Rapid City, SD We were traveling and needed a room. We stopped at a gas station and made a room reservation, thinking we were going to make it to rapid city, not knowing we were going to have vehicle troubles. We made the reservation at 9:02 pm. We called him the hotel at 9:05 pm and canceled. He said fine, that is no problem and he would take care of it. He called us at 9:30 pm and asked if we're going to make it and again we said no. He said ok. No problem and he'll get that canceled right away. But yet he charged us and then when we tried to get the money refunded he then said he couldn't do anything about and needed to cancel the room in 24 hours in advance. And til this day he still says he can't do anything. So I wouldn't recommend this place because he kept changing his story and also got rude with us and others who were trying to help. He told us he could have charged someone else $399 for that room. This was during the BH pow wow and we had no idea this was going on.....So your telling me if we book a room at 9pm and cancel a few minutes later, that we can not do that? That we will still get charged? You say we need cancel 24 hours in advance but if we just booked a room and had car troubles and then canceled right away, we still need to give 24 hour notice. Explain to me how that works please. Thank you Shawn.

Rooms: Room 207 had 2 cockroaches and 1 other unidentified insect, pay 20-30$ more for a better stay.
