Brad from Black Hills Professional Home Inspection LLC scheduled my warranty inspection at his earliest open availability. He arrived on time, was cordial, professional, knowlegable, and thorough. He worked from the outside to the inside including crawl space and attic. He used photography as well as thermal photography for verification of his finds, levels, and whatever tools needed to address any concerns he witnessed. He conveyed a genuine concern advocating buyer protection. I opted for radon testing as well. His report was received promptly. It was detailed and descriptive for each picture taken during his inspection. I am so grateful for Brad's expertise, ethics, knowledge, commitment, and service.
