I have reached out to Bloom Family Dentistry, (Dr. Bob Saunders) a couple of weeks ago since I had a minor issue in my mouth, related to my braces. My appointment was made and so I went there. This morning, 17th of January, I got greeted in the most friendly way possible and I had an awesome time (at a dentist, how hilarious is that). Dr. Bob Saunders and his assistant were both amazing, friendly and very helpful and helped me with my issue! Since I am a tourist, they also provided me with some tips around the area, amazing!

I cant say enough great things about this dental practice! Dr Saunders was incredibly caring and helpful. They were very kind to me when I told them Im self conscious about needing some work done on my teeth. They do a great job of educating you about proper habits and dental care! Best of all theyre all about helping you find preventative solutions instead of just marking everything up to expensive dental work. They really are amazing and I cant recommend them enough! Some of the other reviews mention the front desk not being pleasant, but honestly everyone at this practice was extremely friendly and helpful.

Dr. Saunders continues to be the best dental experience I have ever had. I have been going to Dr. Saunders since 2010 and the quality of his work is wonderful. He takes his time and treats you like a patient and not a number and is genuinely concerned of your comfort when he works on you. Highly recommended.

Best family dentist in the Hills. Ive never had a Dentist spend so much time explaining things to me and my kids so that we are exited about taking care of our teeth! Dr. Saunders is a family man who truly cares. And he got me in earlier than anticipated!

I had a minor emergency and every other dentists office in the area was booked up for the week or otherwise unavailable. I called Bloom and they went out of their way to get me in to fix my chipped tooth, while also making me feel comfortable. Lynn and Dr. Bob did great work without keeping me there for hours. If I lived in Rapid City, Id make this my regular dentist.
