In November 2009, I had the misfortune of having a car accident in Rapid City. The tow truck driver took me to Bubba. It was a great experience. My parts had to be ordered and overnight shipped. He loaned me his personal car and made sure I was taken care of. When I returned for my car the next day, I was offered lunch and introduced to his children. He was a genuinely kind and caring person. Couldn't have been better.

I was stressed out and needed to get my car in for a wheel bearing but working Mon-Fri proved to make it difficult. I called Bubba's Saturday morning, and they had it in by the afternoon. It was completed in a few hours. Great customer service, no hassle. No extra charges for last minute or weekend labor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend! Thank you Bubba's Auto!

WARNING! STAY AWAY from this place. I passed thru South Dakota for a quick weekend Mt Rushmore trip, my van blew a head gasket on the trip. Called Bubba's and they said they would fix it. I figured they do good work because they have good reviews, come to find out they are the most dishonest people I've dealt with. The reviews must have been written by friends and family. They said they fixed it charged me 1500.00 van ran the same. I got it towed to a real shop in Denver and when they opened it, the old blown gaskets were still in the engine. They lied more and sent fake emails from their CPA saying a refund check was in the mail, still no refund and the emails came from an online free email service with no name. Going to court next month. Not to mention the shop is a disaster, they let their shop cat stay in my clean van and covered it with hair, poop, & pee. Talk about a scam of a shop. If you need mechanic in rapid city, your better off hiring a bunch of high school kids to fix your car cuz that's all this place staffs. What a joke.

Took great care of us even though our vehicle broke down over a holiday weekend. They have a friendly staff that kept us up to speed on what was going on with our vehicle. If you are having vehicle troubles in Rapid City, SD this is the place to go!
