I am unfortunately moving from this community. It's been great living here over 3 years. I especially like Mike Bren, the manager. He's been extremely helpful and has gone out of his way to give me a hand. He's great to work with. All you have to do is your best to follow the rules and there's no problem. I don't feel the rules are burdensome. Anyway, I'm going to miss my great neighbors, this quiet community and Mike.

This company has very low interest in helping their customers who live there, the snow they removed just recently blocked the driveways there and the residents have encountered an additional cost for snow removal over and beyond their lot rent, this is very RUDE.
