The service was not to bad, it was not very good either, but the billing part was very bad, I called after the service to ask for my balance, and they said it was zero balance, then two months later I got a bill with late fee charges, so I pay the entire balance and one month later I got another bill for the late charges, I call the office number and now the phone have been disconnected, finally I was able to call the billing office and no one answered, I have to leave a message, that is not how you do business in my opinion.

Billing was a 2 year nightmare. Office coded bill wrong, so insurance wouldn't pay. Took over 1 year to get billing to look carefully at bill and notice incorrect billing code. In the meantime billing sent us a threat to take us to collections. So we paid the bill. We had to pursue the issue because once they got the money, office manager was never available to look into it, or not right away. After the notice of incorrect billing code the office resubmitted the bill and insurance paid it. BUT the office never refunded our money back! Took another year (going on second year now) and contacting an insurance fraud rep. to get action from office. At the end, we did get our money back. My complaint is that it took over 2 years and if we hadn't kept at the issue, I am not confident the doctor's office would.

I WON'T recommend Dr Persaud to anyone because he did not take care of patients . He is rude and does't listen to you . My mom have an Ulcer in her stomach and she is currently his patients , I took my mom to visit him and the way he treat us is very bad and rude . After my mom get treated by Doctor Persaud and her pain is just getting worse and worse . I DON'T Recommend at all ...
