My DEF pump was crystalized on my 2020 RAM, they were unable to assist due to very short notice emergency but cleared the code so I could drive to a dealer that could help me.

My wife and I bought a vehicle here in Texas where we live. When home for the New Year we had them put on a receiver hitch and wiring harness. This is a great place to do business!

I'm not sure I would recommend anyone purchase a vehicle through this dealership. After buying the vehicle, they left the key lockbox in it. After asking our salesperson, via email, how to get it back to them, they stopped responding. I then had to contact him again to ask how to reset the oil life since they changed the oil and didn't reset it. No response again. We had to figure it out ourselves. Now, 2 months later, the oil filter adapter housing is cracked and leaking profusely. A $976.40 fix! He finally responded and said they wouldn't help at all. I can't definitely say their worker cracked it when they changed the oil and now it has just gotten bad enough that I noticed it but not completely happy with the experience. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

They're always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you want at affordable prices. The salesmen are polite and personable. Their service department is and has always been great whether I'm having the work done in house or ordering the parts to do it myself.
