In August of last year we realized that the home we hoped to purchase someday was for sale. Our five year plan to sell our home to our son and his wife suddenly became a one month plan in which Denice and her staff were able to orchestrate the move of four households.
We appreciated their expertise during this process and their availability for all of the questions we had both before and after the purchase of our home.
When we were moving at what seemed like lightning speed they were behind the scene making sure everything fit together for a smooth transition for everyone.
We are settled in to a home we truly love and enjoy watching our kids in their new home. It wouldn’t have gone as well as it did if not for the incredible staff at EXIT Realty making this new chapter in our lives a reality.

Denice Hooth is a hard working, and driven realtor, who'll go that extra mile for you. She has heart, is honest, and worthy of your trust. She did everything in her power to get my house sold, and never gave up. If I ever needed a realtor again, I'd sign with her in a heart beat!! :)
