Patrick was very insightful and professional. In my conversations with him it quickly became clear he had a deep knowledge base of the properties he was servicing. He was always quick to reply to correspondences and completed his appraisal when he said he would. Should the need arise I would most certainly use his services again.

This service is a joke. They did not even spend any time looking at my house less then a minute going through the house took a few pictures and left. Called the garage a two car until I called and told them it was a three car. Needless to say if you get them as your appraiser I feel sorry for you I just wish I could get my money back.
