Called looking for help with my furnace, left a message leaving my name, number, and address with a receptionist. Not expecting help, I kept looking for another company who would be available. With no luck or call back, I self diagnosed my furnace thanks to the interweb. 3 hours later a repairman shows up unexpectedly. Tells my wife what I already know...and he didn't have any parts. 3 hours after all that I get a call from the company wondering if I need someone to look at the furnace yet. Very confusing and not anticipating the 45 mileage bill plus whatever else .
