The most important thing I look for in a Broker is all round knowledge of the business. Not just someone that shows houses and turns the deal over to a bank. I want a Broker that takes charge and sees a deal all the way through closing. Someone that can handle any problem that arises. Ive worked with many Brokers over the years and Cody Burggraff rates up with the the very best.

Cody was so helpful when buying our house! We had no idea what we were doing or where to start and he pointed us in the right direction and we found the perfect house for us! He was amazing during the closing process and explaining everything the banker was talking about and what we were signing in words that we would understand! Highly highly recommend!
