Incredibly rude staff that day. I visit regularly since I live in town and like to bring family here when they visit. I haven't had this problem before, so I know it's not the normal, but I am very displeased with this trip Edit to add. My kids weren't even the problem, one was in a stroller and the other was with me across the store picking out shoes. There was a board of magnets on the floor and it was clipped going by and my mother picked them up. Your employee immediately started cussing us all out and saying completely inappropriate things making a scene. All I did was let him know those were my kids he was cussing at. That was completely uncalled for. Nothing was broken or destroyed.

We stopped here on a whim just cruising around...and ended up buying two Landstroms black hills gold rings....because their prices were the best! Way lower than other shops and their staff were super-friendly.
