Doors are beautiful! Customer service is quick to respond, I was so excited about the new door that I never noticed the door closers (shocks) came brown and not white until after I finished installing it. They quickly fixed the problem. Also to note this door is a special order 3480 from menards and my rough opening is exactly 34 but I had to shim at least a 1/4 inch if not more. All in All a beautiful door but the quality control Dept needs improvement. I will definitely buy from them again as they are good about fixing an issue. These are very high quality doors and look beautiful.

The doors are nice however you can never get through on the customer service line. The auto message is that no one is available, call back later and disconnects the call. Also, if you go through the business ordering line, the phone will ring, connect then disconnect.

There is no customer service, I have been trying for several days to reach a live person with no success. It is all a recorded message. If can’t reach customer service, message states no reps available and to try again later. Can’t leave a message of what I need. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Customer Service never answers or calls back. It's been days. They finally called back only to hang up on me when I answered. I returned my item, it was delivered a week ago, and they have yet to issue my refund. This is a very dishonest company.
