UPDATE: This person doesn’t even live anywhere near us. His review states the lady on the phone was rude. We don’t take phone calls so how is that possible? Also I look at the other reviews he has made. Yesterday I made a review for spiritual quest saunas because I haven’t received my sauna after ten weeks. I believe this person is associated with spiritual quest after looking at his other reviews. I’m guessing his other negative reviews are on people that gave them a negative review. Also, WE DO NOT TALK ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMERS so there is no valid review. Please don’t let this person do this to people. He is simply giving revenge negative reviews. This person is leaving negative reviews for anyone that left negative reviews at his company. He is in South Carolina and has never called us. Donald s. When did you call? We don’t typically take phone calls. We receive and reply by email. I think you may be referring to a different company. And business has been great, I’m sorry you had a bad experience with whatever place you called.
