I wish I would have read these before we purchased our system.
We purchased a high end set and have had the set since March and it looks like have had for 2 or 3 years of hard use. Our local dealer response was it is only the stain for factory shipping and needs to be re stained every 2 "seasons" so realistically you only get 10-12 months of use out of them before needed to be pressure washed and stained. I don't recall buying a product that would require me to spend money like owning an old wooden boat. Or a constant wood shop project. This is "supposed" to be high quality top of the line stuff.
I would recommend another play system!!!

Warranty is useless! I have a deteriorating set with no support. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

A ripoff. I bought $4000 set 3 years ago and it’s falling apart. One of the steps was split when they installed it. It was bound to break soon but I let it go because of the lifetime warranty. When it finally broke they denied my claim because it had net been “stained”. Turns out you have to stain the set every year or the warranty is void...which was never mentioned by my sales associate. Would give this place zero stars if I could...what a ripoff
