Avera Medical Group McGreevy - Brandon

Scheduled an appointment to get labs done and its now 23 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Its always like this and honestly a disappointment as I love Avera but this one is absolutely last resort. After I went into my appointment the lab tech said the receptionists didnt check me in when I called. Maybe hire staff that cares about its patients.

Since I came in America Dr McElroy is my kids n my doctor she is such a good dr I never ever seen n all the member of McGreevy Brandon clinic I have a big respect n I would like to say thank u for ur service n keep it up

Just moved to the Avera health plan for the first time coming from Sanford and let me say when I called the clinic and Brandon and got someone whose first name starts with a K she was condescending and very rude I was never a huge fan of Sanford but at least they were professional. Whilel I know not everything that upset me On that call with her fault as some of it appears to be just flat out money grabbing on the part of the hospital, she played a large part and how the call flowed and it was not good. The doctors may be very good there but I wont have a chance to find out due to the way my very first experience with Avera and that clinic in general was handled.

Rude office/front ladies. No call backs, when they say they will. Never fixed anything but will have no problem charging me as if they did.
