        The handle broke off the cable that opens the gray water tank valve on my camper. I called several RV repair shops in Rapid City and was unable to get in for the repair until mid to late Fall. Then I called Out West Campers and they were able to schedule an appointment within two days. When I took the camper in they were able to evaluate the problem, locate the repair parts, and make the repair within three hours. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.
