Nicest neighborhood in Box Elder. Most of the residents are nice and collectively do a good job of looking out for each other.

This is by far the nicest neighborhood in Box Elder. They have very reasonable HOA fees as well. This is a great place to raise a family!

I lived here for about 5 years before I moved. You pay a HOA and get nothing for it. The HOA rules are not upheld and for the scale of neighborhood that they want to be they don't take care of the roads. The roads barely get plowed in the winter and the Board blames the city. Don't know what the HOA fees are for if they expect the city to do everything.
