        Worst experience I have ever had with getting my vehicle fixed. They charged me 411 dollars for an oil change and spark plugs which we didn't ask for and didn't fix the problem. Needless to say it quit in the middle of the road and I had to spend money to tow it to juneks which I am confident they will help me fix my problem. I will tell everyone I know not to do do business with Hersruds on the service side. No stars from in fact I want my money back. Total rip off.

        Worked on our Buick Encore when the turbo went out and although it took a long time for warranty and waiting on parts, these people are so nice and caring. We were given a loaner for more than a couple days. Very good place to so business.
