so incredibly unprofessional they stuck me with needles took my urine and put a catheter in me and prescribed me medication as a minor without ever once calling my mother like they told me they would and both the doctors and the nurses were so unnecessarily rude one doctor set my appointment and gave me the card with the time and date on it and then called me an hour before what was written on the card to say i had missed the appointment but i could come in later that day and when i did the doctor came in and told me how irresponsible i was and how i wasting her time. She prescribed me an antidepressant out of the blue and i never once told her i was even sad and i didnt ask for them. ive never had such bad service from any establishment in my life. absolutely ridiculous such a hostile staff for being a hospital

they saved my mom. some of the nurses and drs have mean attitudes sometimes but their jobs are stressful a lot of people ask them questions all day long and they work long and hard to take care of others because they do care. thank you avera for taking care of my mom. they treated her so kindly always sweet to her.
