The staff other than the dentist was absolutely phenomenal, chatty, and overall pleasant to be around, however, the second the doctor came in, The air in the room changed and she was unreasonably rude to me about payment for future services needed, short with me, didn't want to answer any of my inquiries, and overall dismissive. Felt like I wasn't welcome as a brand new patient. Deciding on whether or not I want to come back.

For the most part a good experience. Have some tooth pain due to a broken tooth and requested to get it removed. Everyone was very nice but I think that Dr.Ky was busy today and didnt explain why they couldnt pull it today and why it was being referred to a different dentist even though they state in their site that they do it all in house. Wouldve liked all the information and not feel like Im being rushed while trying to solve my dental pain. They did get me antibiotics for an infection though. I will go back for a normal appointment and see what it is like then

Chipped my front tooth over the weekend. They were able to fit me in their schedule to fix it right away!
