I can’t say enough about David. He is as professional and polite as they come. He tackled a very complicated issue and made sure he researched all aspects of it to get it done right. The biggest thing that stood out was that he told me he treated our house like he would his own parents house and that spoke volumes. We had a lightning strike that took out the majority of our appliances and caused some circuitry and wiring issues and he was able to identify the problem after working closely with Duke Energy and Spectrum communications to make sure it was corrected and that we were safe and sound. Exceptional Service and Professionalism! Already had one electrician try to repair problems with lights flickering without success but found David Gentry. Called David with an issue on a property that was under contract. He responded to my inquiry immediately and was able to get me on the schedule the very next morning! Will definitely use him again for any electrical issues that may arise.
