This food truck came to our place of business. The chicken was under-cooked, raw. A coworker brought his raw chicken back and asked them to trade the under-cooked piece for another piece and they told him no. The sides were absolutely purchased pre-packaged and slapped into the to-go boxes. They ran out of food. The best thing they have going for them are their sauces. I would avoid this establishment.

If I could give a lower review I would. So I think I'm gonna enjoy some nice BBQ... welp that was wishful thinking. After waiting in line for 40+ minutes at my company catered event I get to order my food and was told that they were out of the chicken... How you catering and you run out of half your meat menu in under an hour... luckily this was the blessing because most of the chicken was undercooked. I know a pink smoke ring when I see it and this wasn't it. The macaroni & cheese had after taste... the tea and lemonade was not sweet and/or bitter. Only thing that half way saved it was the pulled pork was okay and the sauce was good. I would avoid this place until they learn how to properly cook.
