Great, fast service. Our well went out after 13 years. They replaced the pump 13 years ago, provided great, friendly service then which continues today. I would highly recommend them for any of your well service issues.

We hired Austin Drilling & Well Repair Inc to conduct a Well Water test- Full spectrum on the property we were closing on. They took it upon themselves to also conduct a well inspection and charge us for both services. Upon notifying our realtor and letting them know this was absolutely unacceptable they held our water inspection results hostage until we paid for both services. We had no choice but to pay as we were near our closing date. They proceeded to tell us that the VA requires it. After talking with the VA & our loan officer, that is absolutely not true. I do not recommend this company. They are dishonest and will take advantage of their customers.

Excellent service! Had multiple issues with my well and all were addressed. Took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. Would highly recommend!

They were fast to respond and you couldn't ask for a better experience. The crew they sent out was very informative and explained every thing that they needed to do with no surprises.
