Spoke to Joe about a certain vehicle for two days before I actually went in. He gave me my down payment info after having his manager run everything. Got there and he proceeded to inform me that the vehicle we woke about had a title issue. He then informed me that theres 3 other vehicles that I can get in thats in my down payment range. So I said no to the 3 vehicles and ask why didnt he inform me about the title issue before arriving. He goes to talk to his boss and states that his boss sorted it out and proceeds to tell me I needed $3000 MORE to put down on the vehicle he TOLD ME I WAS APPROVED FOR ALREADY !!! Joe and his boss wasted my time.

I DONT definitely recommend this place! John will talk about you behind your back. Yes John I put 600 miles on a car in a week. I not everyone is from SC and we travel to see family for the holidays.

This place is a joke. They will lie and steal from you.  I bought a car there. 9 days before my first payment was due the car was taken FROM MY JOB!  I had to call several different places to even find my car.  The car lot said call the finance company. The finance did not even have a record of a loan for me.  3 calls later thw finance co finally found THE CAR by thw VIN but my name , dob, ssn , etc was not connected to the car.  They recommended I call car lot again. When I called them, they said they took it bc my job said I didn't work there.  The where the fuck did u pick my car up at ?!   Called finance co again. Still no record.  Called their headquarters in Florida where I was told I could not get my car back and could not get a refund. HR said no one ever called to check my employment status.  And hello..... they took the car from my job!!!  Obviously I work there.  They will steal your money !!!  DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS !
