There customer service is terrible. Had a AM appointment and they never showed until 6 pm. Called to complain and got hung up on. AVOID at all cost.

Lies about ETA for multiple days, leaving someone to stare at the hospital bed that they found their mother dead on, sitting waiting for multiple days. Technician Steven is as dumb as a rock. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

Best oxygen and medical supplies in the business. Very oriented employees and caring folks.always there when you need them 24/7. Especially with the military veterans, best in the industry. Thanks for your service to us vets and others also. They do hospice also.

This company is AWFUL!!! It took forever for them to bring the hospital bed for my mother, who was in her last days with Hospice. The tech called and said they would be delivering by 1:00 pm. The finally showed up after 6:00 pm that night! My mother passed on Sunday. The Hospice nurse made arrangements for them to pick up all medical equipment on Monday. They were supposed to call my sisters cell phone to let us know their ETA, but rather called my mothers house phone, which was not being answered. Needless to say, they did not show up on Monday, but rather called on Monday evening to say they would do pick up on Tuesday morning at 9:00. It is currently 11:25 and again a no show. Calls to the techs phone go unanswered and calls to the company offer no resolution! Very frustrating after the loss of a loved one!!! There are other arrangements we need this time for, and waiting for not kept scheduling is both unprofessional and unacceptable!!!
