When you talk to them upfront, they claim they can get the requested product. When they call up to deliver, they are attempting to deliver a product that fails to meet the stated requirements. I asked for the office manager to call me four times. No one in management would talk to me. I cancelled the order and went elsewhere.

I made an appointment with this company we rent a hospital bed from to come repair the bed. They advised me they would have a technician out to the house today Monday May 9th, 2022 around 11am. No one showed up, no one called and I have tried to contact their office but only get an answering machine. . The level of service is unprofessional to say the least. You have our money and we have a bed that is broken.

The irony of the name of this company would be laughable if it was not so tragic. They brought the wrong size wheelchair, could not furnish the correct one, brought things we did not order and insisted we pay for them (I havent), and never brought the Walker ordered. They will not return calls, correct mistakes or furnish receipts for the products. Sounds like fraud in progress.

I would give zero stars if I could. Our son had surgery on Friday they promised to bring a wheelchair to our house that day between 5-6:00pm. The wheelchair was not delivered until that following Monday, without even a phone call. We put our son in the wheelchair only to come find out that the leg rest was too short even on the longest setting. I called them and they said that the delivery guy would come back to fix the issue. I told them that my son has a follow up appointment with his Doctor on Wednesday. Long story short we never heard of them again. I called and wasnt able to get a hold of anyone. Left messages and never got a reply. Very bad business!
