        I walked into this location to inquire about a small personal loan and the individual behind the desk told me I could go to someone else across the room, the young lady, the young blonde lady said, and I quote I do not do loans so everyone in this office looks confused and could not service me so I decided to walk out due to the unprofessionalism! Considering this is a bank and this is their job, Im going to assume that they did not want to service a black women today

        Best banking staff ever!! They took the time to explain every question I ask and they were extremely nice!! Love this branch, other branches need to let this staff train their employees!!

        The lady Ms.Lee who cashed a few checks for me today was extremely rude I had a few checks between my two jobs that needed to be cashed. She seemed extremely frustrated that she had to do her job. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had at a bank.
