5 stars as it is a hotel on 95, easy on / off.
2 stars for room as it was clean and beds comfy, but very small and layout tough to manage with 4 people (2 adults, 2 teens). Oddly, the bathroom was layed out in 2 areas, with sink outside in full view of room and toilet / shower closed off with a pocket door that did not fully close and was extremely difficult to operate.
2 stars for service as the breakfast very very basic and not good. They had some sort of egg patties, and staff was not keeping it replenished. sausage that had a very harsh flavor, generic fruit loops for cereal that tasted stale with nearly no flavor.
