Taco Bell - Closed

This tacobell is horrible nothing is ever right and they cant even have things that are already supposed to be on the food there if I add something to it!! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Theres always something wrong or missing. They can do better and they really need to, its just disappointing to never get what you pay for..

Just got large gravy from KFC side. They asked multiple times individual or large I said large everytime. They charged for large gave me individual. Found when I got home check before you leave.

Place is a joke. Ordered food last week, called and complained because the food was old, cold and so greasy the bag ripped! Manager named Danielle said they would remake my order whenever to just tell them her name and give them receipt. Just sent my fiance up there to get our order replaced. The manager on shift said it was against their policy and they couldnt do it unless the manager who said theyd replace it was there. Now they wont answer the phone for me to speak to someone because this is incorrect information as I've had MANY orders replaced because they cant get anything right. Most likely just too LAZY to want to do their jobs. Edit to add: went back today, new manager was completely RUDE. Got my order remade and they STILL couldnt get it right. Most ignorant people ever running this restaurant! GET NEW MANAGMENT IN THERE OR SHUT THE PLACE DOWN!
