On December 16th 2023 I walked in and asked about a price and timeline of resizing my wifes ring. He told me it would be around $80 and it would take a week or so and I said that would be great! I gave him the ring and asked him if he would call from the number on the door because I have unknown numbers blocked and he confirmed that he would. A week or so passed and I got no call. I went there on 12/30/23 and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed until after new years 1/2/24. I went again on 1/4/24 and he told me that some of the diamonds in the ring were lost during the cleaning and that he needed another week. I follow up the next week, its not ready. The next week I go in and he tells me that he thought he had that last diamond but it was too small. Asked me if I had anywhere to be, if I could come back in an hour so that he could get the right diamond, touch it up and make sure everything is set right and hell call me and it would be ready. Never called me. I end up taking a vacation and getting back early this week. I go in 1/25/24 and he says I thought you were coming Monday as if Ive been holding him up. Charges me $82.72 all for me to get home and the ring is huge. Hanging off of her ring finger. Loose on the middle finger huge. Lost for words.

I took a wedding band to be sized was told it would take 2 weeks. Well I was told he had to order a rose gold kit to finish the ring. I never got a call to get the ring so I went there to check and kept getting told it wasn't finished. A couple of weeks ago I went back and they were searching for my ring meanwhile I was staring at my ring in the for sale case. The girl finally brought me a ring but it was not mine it was yellow gold and not rose gold. I was stunned and had no idea what to do. The ring they gave me is now half silver and half yellow gold. I don't like to make scenes. I had no pictures or a receipt with a description of the ring. So no proof . A couple of days ago I let my curiosity get the better of me I went in the am asked to see the ring that looked like mine .and I think it was.the kicker is he tried to sell my ring back to me for 500 dollars. Do not trust the store. They are not being honest in there practices.

I brought in a sterling silver ring that was basically broken in half. It is a sentimental piece of jewelry and I was very nervous about taking it anywhere. It was done quicker than I expected and it was the exact price that they quoted me for. My ring looks brand-new I honestly almost didn't recognize it. I would also like to say that customer service was amazing both times I was there! 10/10 recommend
