The work performed was above and beyond. I could not emphasize the quality of the workmanship. Dino and Ed on the siding part, the gutters crew and roofing crew they were amazing on finishing work on time, quality and attention to details. They all did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend C&W to anyone looking for new vinyl siding on their home. My wife and I are very pleased with the communication, dedication to detail, and quality of work that C&W performed. Everyone involved from Kyle (sales), to Dino (project manager), to Jeff (onsite supervisor) were professional and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied. They were also helpful in providing ideas regarding colors/materials/aesthetics, etc for the project. Our scope of work was new vinyl siding, new window shutters, new gutters, and new window casings. The project took around 2 weeks to complete from start to finish and our home looks brand new. I can't thank them enough for their hard work. 5 stars without a doubt. Service: Gutter installation

C&W did a great job repairing and updating the exterior of my house. With a contractor I look at it in 3 categories: Service, Quality, and Cost. Service: One of the main reasons I would recommend C&W was their service and responsiveness. Covid-19 related supplier issues delayed the window portion of the project, which was unavoidable, but constant communication throughout helped to plan around it. Once the materials were available the project was executed as planned. I'm quite particular about how I want things done, and any time I had an issue or concern it was quickly and appropriately addressed. Quality: A lot of the build depends on the materials you chose (better materials, better finished product) but the quality of the work by C&W was always very good. Special teams worked on each phase of the project depending on their area of expertise, and I never had an issue with any of them. Because C&W is a certified installer of the materials I chose, I received material and installation warranties, which is great peace of mind. I have seen HardiePlank installed incorrectly countless times by 'general contractors' and with C&W's Elite Preferred Installer rating with James Hardie I knew this job would be done right. Cost: I received multiple quotes for my job, and C&W was comparable to the other quotes. At that point it was about assessing total value, comfort level, and risk. C&W is local, reputable, professional, experienced, and has completed multiple jobs in my neighborhood, which always increases comfort level. As far as cost, companies need to make money to stay in business and grow. There are many variable costs (materials, labor, VOH) associated with completing work, and I found C&W reasonable in their price model. A lot of times you get what you pay for, and that is true with C&W. Overall, I had a great experience with C&W and would use them again for any exterior job. 100% satisfied, no issues.
