I wish I could give this place zero stars. My daughter took pictures with this company for her first school photo. I never got the proofs back in order to purchase her pictures. I was given the run around between my child's school and the photographer regarding my child's missing proofs. I called Patricia and left a message. She never called back. I had to call several time before she answered. When I spoke with her about my child missing proofs she acted like she could care less that I didn't have any proofs in order to purchase my child's first school picture. She told me that none of the proofs have names on them which I think is stupid and that she would not know which picture belonged to my child. I told her that it was important to me to get those pictures because these were her first professional photos. He response was " I don't know what to tell you, I've never has something happen like this." Well its fine Patricia, I will be making a complain to my child's school and I hope they find another photo company to use since you have such blatant disregard to how a parent feels about having memories of their child's first school year. You argued with me about when my child took her photos. The time frame doesn't matter, the fact is you cant even provide me with the proofs. How do you take pictures of a child and not put their name on the picture? DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
