Disappointed! My mom received an arrangement purchased by a friend online at 800-Flowers as a "Thinking of you/Sorry for your loss". When she received the arrangement it looked very messy and just 'thrown' together quickly. The quality of the flowers and arrangement you can find better at Costco.... (my mom is very thankful for the thought) ADDITIONALLY the delivery individual WAS NOT WEARING A MASK endangering elderly individuals that he delivers to unexpectedly in this time of COVID (which my mom lost my sister too). If I could upload the video of the gentleman that delivered I would. I will be calling them at 9:30 to be making a complaint
