Our condo Colony lll 203 (where we have stayed for several years) is a great place for a couple, small family, or just a few good friends...Its location is just a short walk to beach access...on a quiet street...it is a smaller building and super quiet...the pool is great with plenty of seating...plenty of parking, as well...the 2 bedrooms/2 baths are plenty big with with nice closets...the kitchen is equipped with lots of dishes, pots, pans, more than we have ever needed...AC works great and ceiling fans keep the unit sooo comfortable, even on the hottest days...and if there is a rainy day...the screened in porch off the living room is perfect...it overlooks a small lake...I, always, enjoy reading on the porch...there are 3 TVs...plenty of channels available... The staff at OLD COLONY REALTY has always taken care of any of our needs in a timely manner... we love them...we have rented from them for many years (various locations in Surfside Beach, SC)...we have never been disappointed...units are always clean and well taken care of...Thanks for being awesome, OLD COLONY!!!

Looked at several properties at different rental agencies for a family vacation. Old Colony Realty was the only one that actually seem to care that I wanted something special for my family reunion. Morgan and Anne went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and really listen to my needs. Thanks so much ladies !
