Tiffany has been absolutely incredible at identifying and correcting muscle issues in my back that were causing moderate to severe sternum/chest pain. Her hands on therapy with "massage" (not very comfortable to have knots worked out) and scraping have been central in getting my life back pain free! Thank you Total Wellness and Tiffany.

Total Wellness has a vast array of services to fit anyones needs, from massage therapy to cupping and scraping and dry needling to get you feeling your best! They have helped me tremendously when it comes to my tight muscles. I cant recommend them enough!

Ive gotten several services from Total Wellness, from Primary Care to Botox. I have really bad neck pain and they are able to maintain my pain with massage and cupping and scraping. My experience with Botox has been great as well. Melody does a fantastic job making me look beautiful! Definitely recommend this office!
