      image Quote one price and charge you more after the job is done. Made an appointment for 0900; called them at 0915 to get them out of bed; arrived at 1015. Was quoted $150-160; was charged $180 after the job was done, as a discount. Am I to argue after-the-fact, just to have them hold my vehicle hostage until i pay? Simple flatbed tow from one location to another location 22 miles away...
