Wonderful customer service provided by Stacey Slocum, she is absolutely amazing! If you need anything at all from Verizon then come to this store and GO, SEE, STACEY!!

My family and I have upgraded our phones at least 3-4 times at this location with the most recent being today (3-2-2024) when I upgraded my S9 to a S24 Ultra. Every single time the service has been great with Stacey Skocum doing a phenomenal job getting me a great deal. She was knowledgeable, personable, and very fast getting my data transferred, everything setup, and me out the door. She found and figured out how to get a better deal with promotions and discounts than I could only a week or two prior while shopping online at Verizon, Best Buy, Samsung, and half a dozen other locations. I'm as technical as it gets by profession but if you are a Verizon customer and in the market for a new/upgraded phone, safe yourself time and effort by just going to this location and letting them hook you up.

I feel so cheated. I switched my iPhone 11 Pro Max to Verizon by internet. I didnt mind fixing my own phone that would have great service. Verizon did not assign my number to my phone but to a dummy imei. Which okay the guys there figured that out. But little did I realize this was a sales center. So they told me I could get a free phone. Since my phone was damaged okay no problem. I was so confident I even bought a watch. Turns out my phone wasnt able to traded and I am now stuck with a very expensive bill. I want my iPhone 11 back. So dont let them scam you into a sale, it only helps them and not you. BTW I want my phone back. Or give me money.
