Excellent experience with Move Buddies. I have used many different moving companies over the past 20 years and this is by far the BEST. They arrived on time were polite, respectful, worked efficiently and professionally. Very minor blemishes on walls from moving large heavy items; they pointed them out right away and before they left the company scheduled someone to come and fix blemish. Highly recommended!

I had an urgent situation and needed to move some things the next day. They were able to send a truck and two of the best movers I have ever used. They were courteous, concerned about me and my belongings. They were so efficient it was amazing how quickly they finished. They also reorganized my storage unit before storing my things creating much more room than the movers who had previously stored my things. I sold my residence and will be moving in a month and I will definitely be using them for this bigger local move. They are the best and very reasonably priced.

Uphold strict quality control -Quality! Never, we were sent individuals who were not trained. The lead mover mentioned he was with the company only a month. The second mover it was apparent he had no clue of what and how to do it. My husband had to assist to ensure no further damage to our property and contributed because things were so discombobulated. The second mover replied "I'm sorry am I in your way" as my husband proceeded to help. We moved two bedrooms in which one was broken down upon arrival. According to move buddies, this move is quoted to take and charge the customer 5-7 hours for this service. Quality ensures a tracking process to account for furniture and items. - We are missing a leg to our couch. When asked the mover stated he only removed five legs from the sofa. The leg is still missing, and our customer service representative Hunter said it is possible the mover may have been telling the truth. Again, the customer is not always right, and according to Hunter, we are liars. Although I have used Move Buddies three times and the last two time we had damages so think again. The structure of Move Buddies I understand is a small based business that has grown, but they are not able to maintain customer service satisfaction as they expand. As you can tell, I am completely dissatisfied and have expressed my concerns verbally and through writing. I spoke with Hunter, Customer Service and explained my concerns and frustration. I asked about Move Buddies Satisfaction policy, and he stated all concerns across the country go to him. If customers are not satisfied, it stops with him and "of course a sincere apology." I asked for someone to follow up to hear my concerns Hunter again declined my request and state everything stops with him. #totaldissappointment Move Buddies advertises that they have supplies to ensure a seamless move in poor weather conditions. My move happened during a rainy day, and when asked about shoe covers they do not provide those and I was informed the customer would have to offer them for the movers. If your OCD or a new mom, expect an added expense to clean your carpet and floors as they track dirt and debris in your house, nursery and child's playroom. Lastly, part of the resolution was $100 credit toward a future move and the use of their VIP moving team. I thought each teach should be a VIP team not matter who are the customers! Maintain comfortable rates Check for hidden fees. Fees are not waived no matter how poor the customer service. We were not credited back anytime for an extended 5.5 hours move even though we confirmed during the move and the lead mover that the second mover sat down on the clock and was out of shape physically. Again, the mover instructed us to ask for a credit on plastic wrapping because a portion is allotted for every move, but you will still be charged. The driver went to the wrong location, but we were still charged full rates. Train and background check each mover This is a joke! A mover engaged in casual conversation with my husband about his interesting past. I will respect his privacy but it was enough to make you wonder about background checks. Next, the mover asked for a shot of alcohol and drank it on the job in the house. I guess drinking on the job is also acceptable for Move Buddies. One plus in this downhill spiral is that the mover drinking on the job was not driving, but again it makes you wonder! Yes, I repeat he consumed alcohol. I guess to ease my fears I was disclosed personal information from Hunter that this employee was fired. In Hunter's defense he explained he was not suppose to tell us that information. It is so many things wrong with that I do not have time to address them all!
