If you like your clothes to stay safe please do not take it to this place. First, they mess up my clothes and they keep it for the owner to supervise damages. She never call back, I ended calling them and asking. The owner never let me talk, and even told me my clothes had lice which I don't understand because she mention a pink dress, my item wasn't a dress, but since she never let me talk I couldn't explain. I ask her many times to let me talk and then I had to interrupt her and she said my item was damage. Honestly I don't know how she concluded on that because she didn't even know which item. She have no respect at all for clients, and didn't want to provide Insurance information which I know I could file a claim because the law allow that. Sad they have no professionalism and education at all to treat with clients.

I called to get a quote for a comforter cleaning. The lady answered the phone and was rude. I never write bad reviews. I tried to be polite but she acted like she did not want to be there. I don't want to affect your business but just wanted to make you aware.

I am a costumer for more than a year. Customer service. Once they re do a dress at no extra charge. Keep up the good work!
