American Credit Acceptance

I do not recommend Ive been going in circles with this company to have things sent over so I can get my title its impossible its been months I moved and I cant register my car without information from this company its been a nightmare

I bought my car in 2016 ...i got strapped into a lemon mechanically ...i have put mechanical repair wise into this car 2/3 of what i paid for it and still paying on it and now for the 3rd time has blown its head gaskets ...at 200k miles and a 2006 i refuse to sink anymore extreme expense into it again ...i have recently had to go buy another vehicle and now i am paying on 2 vehicles one that cant be driven ...at this point i am not sure what to do as far as making full monthly payments on it ...or keeping full coverage insurance on something i cant drive or use

I would have given at least a 3 star months ago even with the high interest they were good on working with you. Fast forward I traded my suv in on Feb 21,2022 it is APRIL 2022 and Im up for repossession make it make sense you cant the company claims that they havent received the payoff. Well you did and its been cashed by you bank in Texas. Multiple calls from the dealership and myself and no one can answer a simple question WHERES THE MONEY!!!!!! NO I DONT WANT YO CALL YOU TO TALK ABOUT IT. REMOVE THE LATE PAYMENTS AND THE REPOSSESSION FROM MY CREDIT REPORT!!!!!

Just save your time and money, find another company to do your business with. Id walk before I finance anything through ACA!!! Carmax should be ashamed for suggesting this company. Due to the pandemic I lowered my insurance to liability only since I wasnt using the car and it got hit by a truck and totally destroyed while it was parked. I called the company and explained everything, a lady from the settlement department told me to tow the car and get an estimate of the cost for the collision repairs and send to them, after I did do all of that I called back and she told me that there is nothing they can do. Now I am stuck with paying $372/month till 2024 for a vehicle that doesnt run!!! They basically robbed me of everything I have. So yet theyre the worse decision Ive ever made abs Ill always regret it. If you want your peace of mind please dont do any business with this company thats all
