FELT LIKE A SCAM FROM THE START Brought my car in for a inside door handle replacement and a side view mirror replaced on a Friday afternoon and was told they could get the parts in and started by Monday. I called back the next Friday (one week after ordering parts) after receiving no contact to bring my car in after the parts arrived. After calling to check up, I was told I couldn’t get my car worked on until Monday, over a week from initially ordering the parts. I came back to pick my car up to find out, they never used the handle they charged me for (wrong part) and instead just superglued my old handle back together without calling me. Upon arriving to get the car I was told for the first time about the handle and then asked for $20 more dollars to paint the mirror (which I specifically asked from the beginning for them not to paint). After a condescending conversation with Patrick Hargraves (the representative i delt with) he reluctantly took $15 off a repair that costed over $200. His defense was that his “long term memory” told him that I said he could just glue the handle if the part didn’t work out. I authorized and paid in full for a part replacement, not a last minute glue repair that dripped onto my interior and looks incomplete. No contact or trustworthiness with this company, I would recommend staying away! FELT LIKE A SCAM THE WHOLE TIME!!!!

Soartanburg location gave me an estimate that was more than 3 times of there competitor did not take the time put it in writing very unprofessional office there is a big difference between $175 & $625.What's going on here?
