I only gave 1 star because it made me!!! Nothing they told me was the truth I tried to purchase a printer they said it would arrive in 3 days. which turned in to almost 2 weeks. So after I purchased another printer and brought this ordered one back, they claimed my card would be credited almost instantly. Again a lie, now I have a rep saying 3 to 7 days for a refund and the 3Rd rep I spoke to ups it to 7 to 10 Days. It sure didn't take you 7 to 10 days to take my money!!!!

I took a hand painted card to this store to have copies made. The girl made the copies but had some trouble and when she was done she forgot to put it in my bag of prints. I asked her if she had put it in the bag and she said yes. I paid and left but I didn’t need the cards for about 5 days so I didn’t look at them right away. When I did look I found the original card was not there. When I called them the employee said she remembered me and the card and they had thrown it away! I was appalled. They never made any attempt to contact me or put it somewhere that it would be safe and she never apologized. I returned to the store, talked w the manager and asked if they would help me search their garbage. He said he couldn’t spare anyone for that.When I pointed out that they never even apologized he finally said he was so sorry-(!!!) I will not be returning ever to this store and if you value your work you won’t either.i am only going the store 1 star - because that is the only way I can post this. I prefer to give them zero stars.
