FUJI Hillcrest

At first I was Soooo disappointed in Fuji. I arrived around 9pm at Hillcrest after a 12 hour shift in Asheville, NC and over an hour drive. I watched a few cars pull up after me and leave before me and I am so tired. Then after a few more minutes my food arrives. The presentation was awesome they now have new plastic containers that will not leak. I put the plate on my leg and it was so hot it almost burned my leg but I had waited all week long for this food and I was starving!!! The salmon and shrimp were both perfectly grilled!!! I would love to tip the cook . Thanks for reminding me good things come to those that wait Love you guys

The clear broth soup is served with one slice of a mushroom and one slice of a green onion. I honestly could have made better at home. The salad is an actual salad, not a seaweed salad, which was a disappointment. The ginger dressing was alright, though. It was pretty standard as far as ginger dressings go. The rice was way overcooked. And so was the steak. It was tough. The chicken was OK, though. The second star is because the customer service provided was good. The decor was just okay. Honest opinion... as far as food goes, they need some pretty serious improvement. Not worth a second trip as things stand, though.
