I can’t speak of the entire Nationwide company but my review is of my experience with the Spartanburg (Wendell Jones) branch. The people he has in place there are not professional, they seem to be very unknowledgable about the business. I was informed that my home insurance was being dropped, asking why, I was told because I refused to allow pictures to be taken, which no one had reached out to even inform me they needed pictures. When she rewrote the policy it turned out to twice of what the original policy, blaming it on a system change. That is only one of a few stories as to why I left this place for a better more knowledgeable insurance company. The Spartanburg branch hasn’t a clue

After State Farm dropped us for no good reason, we called Wendell's agency and they covered us promptly and at a good price.
