Hi my name is Brittney Bass, a prior employee of Assure Alliance. The nasty comment below from “B B” was not posted by me, nor is that my google account. This is my google account with my photo and name, brittneyb__. The ugly review below is inaccurate and false, and was written by someone posing as me. (Not sure why, but there are better things to do with your time...) Assure Alliance provided me with training, experiences, and opportunity over the course of several years, and I appreciate and respect the company and staff as a whole. Please ignore the comment below from “B B”as it is FALSE and was made by someone pretending to be me. - Brittney Bass, prior Assure Alliance Employee

If there was an option for 0 stars I would have given 0 stars. The customer service is Horrible. You can never get your agent on the phone. It's one transfer after another, and you must keeping giving everyone the same information over and over again with each transfer. Seems like they could care less about retaining customers. Would not recommend this agency to anyone.

We’ve been working with them for a while now and they have been the absolute best partners that we could have had, while opening our independent agency.
They’ve provided endless support, showed genuine concern for my family when my father was in the hospital, and they have the weight of SIAA behind them. I will only do business with good people that I can trust and that’s all I really wanted, but I found another family at Assure Alliance.
