The staff are always friendly and helpful. They go outta there way to make sure we get taken care of in a timely manner. There equipment is always well maintained as well , something I cannot say about certain other rental facilities. Great organization. Highly recommend.

Overall, it was fine. Got the load through a brokerage to haul mats from Charlotte NC to Spartinburg. Load didn't pay great, but it got me started for the week. Walked in this branch to get paperwork signed for the load. The two gentlemen in the office on the far right-hand side of the haul was who I needed to see. The younger gentleman named Michael was very professional. I asked him if everything they did with trucking went through a broker? The older gentleman to the right proceeded to snap and say we don't have time for that!!! As he was continuing to be a Richardhead, I didn't back down and told him that was understood as I responded, " it never hurts to ask." He either was having a bad morning or is really a Richardhead all the time. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. He didn't know who I was nor who I knew, or who I could have been. Maybe he hates his life and his job. Who knows??? The next guy he snaps at being a Richardhead may not be as nice and respectful as I was.
