Went to buy carpet from Carpet One because after purchasing carpet from Lowe’s who contractor had installed it incorrectly seam showing because of the thickness of the carpet was bouncing and moving underneath your feet. Explain the situation to Chip Pringle he said let me come out and see what we could do before you purchase more carpet. That was unheard of . He came by and access and said we can just reinstall what you have instead of buying new carpet. Needless to say we where very pleased with the work and save a lot of money. I highly recommend this is place if you need Flooring done.

They are the "BEST". Love my carpet and the installers Ben and his Dad did an outstanding job. I wish I had more rooms in my house that were carpeted. If you are looking for excellent customer service, wonderful selection, and great installation this is the place to go.

We are overwhelmed with our beautiful new floor purchased from Carpet One. From start to finish we received excellent customer service, I cannot stress that enough, excellent customer service. From our initial phone call with John who spent at least 20 minutes answering our questions, to our in store visit to look at flooring, to John coming to the house and measuring, to Israel and Tyler who installed the floor, polite, kind, courteous, friendly, and professional interactions with every single employee. I really did not think there was a retail store around anymore that provided this outstanding caliber of service!! I was also amazed at how good the clean up was after the install. Everything about this job was outstanding and I can't stress that enough. Would I recommend this store? Absolutely!! All my future flooring needs will be fulfilled by Carpet One. If the qualities I mentioned above are important to you (and this is the kind of service most people are looking for today), you need to visit Carpet One.

I had a great experience with carpet one, I had my vinyl plank installed and the installers they sent out (a man and woman) were amazing! They paid attention to detail and cleaned up after themselves! I don’t recommend many businesses(home inspector/master plumber in my immediate family) so I’m picky on service and paying for the quality you get and not being ripped off so if I leave a good review you can rest assured it’s true!!! I had work done by another flooring place(Floor Coverings of the Upstate) and it wasn’t near the quality of install that these installers did- if you have a quality product if the install isn’t 100% up to par then it won’t matter…. do yourself a favor and go with carpetone! Great company and good prices, products, and installers! Thanks Erin for dealing with all the changes! I’ll be back in the future as I’d love to get a tile shower!
