I used to love to go to Denny's for breakfast but no more. I was just forced to pay $3.50 for a half a cup of coffee. Maybe after your store is all closed, you'll realize that it doesn't pay to screw your customer.

Dennys in Hubbard, oh has a hand written sign put up that says this. IF YOU SEAT YOURSELF AND NOT HAVE SOMEONE SEAT YOU. YOU MIGHT BE SERVED OR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THIS DENNYS. WELL I HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SOME FOOD HERE AND NOW THIS. WELL I WONT BE BACK HERE TO EAT AT A DENNYS IN HUBBARD OHIO AND I MIGHT STOP EATING AT THE REST OF THEM . THE MANAGER HERE THINKS IT IS OWN LITTLE RESTAURANT, HE IS SOME WHAT OF A SMARTY PANTS ITS HIS WAY OR GET OUT. HOW CAN U LET ANYONE RUN YOUR BUSSIENESS THIS WAY IS BEYOND ME. . WONT BE GETTING MY MONEY NOW.

As a new server,u have to do your side work plus doing first shift side work also. And then,u end up doing all side work that your shift didn't do. If something is not done,I get wrote up,not anyone else. It's a bully environment.Crystal River, Florida

This Dennys (1086 E Lake St, HANOVER PARK, IL60133) they are serving uncooked food to customers, on 3/19/24 around 8pm I stop by on my way home for a dinner with my coworker and we order 2 chicken crispy sandwich, 1 with one side of mash potatoes and the other one with fries, after 1 hour of waiting for our food the food show up cold and while we were eating half of the sandwich already we noticed the chicken wasnt cooked at all , manager was called to the table to show them the sandwich and after apologizing for This inconvenience he decided to take care of us for the inconvenience , according to the manager name Oscar , the cook was new only been working there for few days , but I feel they should train them a little More and be more careful with serving uncook food to customers, they dont want someone to get sick or food poisoning for eating uncook food . Corporate please do something to get this better for other customers in future

I would frequent Denny's in Burien, WA. a lot. When the pandemic reached our state I stopped going to public restaurants. Today I wanted to experience the friendly wonderful atmosphere and good food once again. It had none of those qualities. The table where we sat had some kind of food stuck to it and we had to ask them to clean it. The flatware was filthy as though just wiped clean and not washed properly. A window in the rear section was smudged along the whole bottom half. My sisters and I placed our order which included crepes. The waitress returned to our table around five minutes later and said" in case you didn't hear, we do not have the ingredients for crepes. How could we have heard? First of all no one announced it and it wasn't posted anywhere. Both of my sisters orders included bacon.. both said the bacon was cold. How can bacon be cold we wondered. Also one of them ordered scrambled eggs and received Sunny Side Up. I ordered eggs benedict. I could not cut though the english muffin it was so tough, and the hollandaise sauce was very salty. My sisters and I usually let a few flops go by and say nothing, but this was a horrible experience. I must also mention that we were the only ones there at 8:00 am to where we remembered it always being filled with families. We will not be returning again. Their speaking another language than english across the counter and kitchen and laughing back and forth was rather rude as well. I used to love the place and am sorry it ended up the way it is.
